Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Eathook ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service
Eathook is a mobile application that helps users discover restaurants through friend recommendations and personalized suggestions. Features include restaurant discovery, ratings, social features, personalized recommendations, and interactive map.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Eathook
- Users under 18 require parental consent
- Business subscribers must be at least 18 years old
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes, provide honest ratings, respect other users, and keep your account secure.
You must not post false ratings, spam, harass users, upload offensive content, or attempt to hack the App.
4. Business Subscriptions
Business promotion subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
5. Disclaimer
Restaurant information is provided by third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy of restaurant data, hours, or availability. Use the App at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eathook and Jaxily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
