Acceptance of Terms
By using Eathook on eathook.com or the iPhone app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service
Eathook helps you discover restaurants through live rankings, maps, favorites, ratings, lists, social features, and synced accounts across web and iOS.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Eathook
- Users under 18 require parental consent where required by law
- Business subscribers on iOS must be at least 18 years old
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Eathook lawfully, provide honest ratings, respect other users, and keep your account secure. Do not post false ratings, spam, harass users, upload offensive content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Accounts and Sync
You may sign in on web or iPhone to sync favorites, ratings, lists, and profile data through Firebase. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Business Subscriptions
Business promotion subscriptions are currently available through the iPhone app via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in App Store settings.
6. Disclaimer
Restaurant information comes from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy of hours, availability, or rankings. Use Eathook at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eathook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
